I got beat to it, but yeah, looks like an M-113.
It’s perfect for a nice jaunt down historic Richmond, VA streets. (Note in this video it’s a n M-577, which is a derivative of the M-113)

My dad’s friend drove them in Nam, he has one in Montana at his place and we drove it around. Lets just say the stuff I had in the military was better! I can’t imagine these fucking things in the SE Asian heat and humidity.
